My personal favourite is Eggs Benedict with delicious hollandaise sauce and crisp radish topping. In the medieval heart of the town, this vibrant cafe welcomes all and pets.
The Boathouse
My 'Go To' place when visiting with friends or my family. From relaxed lunches to their wonderful fish specials and classic bar snacks, their menu champions fresh, locally sourced ingredients and I love the view from the terrace.
El Greco
An independent Greek bolthole, a cosy and intimate family-owned restaurant.
Wonderfully friendly and efficient staff, beautiful, delicious food and reasonably priced too. El Greco has views over Market Square and Minories and is famous for its award winning 22 dish Greek banquet!
Fourteas Tea Room
Step back in time as you relax and listen to Vera Lynn, swing jazz and vintage Latin classics while enjoying your tea in this forties style vintage tearoom. The popular afternoon teas arrive in tiered stands of freshly made sandwiches, home-baked scones with jam and clotted cream and a selection of exquisite cakes and pastries. All accompanied by their own house exclusive-blend tea!
